Strategic advisory for infrastructure, clean technology, and specialist engineering businesses — delivering clarity, enterprise value, and fewer surprises at the moments that matter most.
RGC operates on a fractional (multi-client) and project basis, integrating quickly with leadership and delivery teams and focusing effort where experience has the greatest impact. We embed alongside your team — not above it — and direct our energy precisely where it will move the needle.
Our aim is not more activity. It is fewer surprises and value that holds.
RGC exists to help serious businesses avoid expensive mistakes at the moments that matter most. We look at your business from the perspective of a future investor, funder, auditor, or acquirer who isn't yet in the room — bringing fresh perspective, spotting what is often overlooked, and identifying what makes you genuinely special.
